In such cases, a delivery note will be left, and it is the customer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection as indicated. Cancellation Before Dispatch: You may cancel your flower order free of charge if your cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched for delivery. Please contact us as swiftly as possible upon deciding to cancel.
Cancellation After Dispatch: Where flowers or gifts have already been prepared or dispatched, we may not be able to process cancellations. Fresh flowers are perishable and bespoke; as such, your right to cancel under UK distance selling regulations does not extend to orders for perishable goods that have been personalised or made to your specifications.
Order Amendments: If you need to change delivery details, card messages, or flower selections after ordering, contact us immediately. We will endeavour to accommodate your request if preparations have not commenced. However, once flowers have been arranged or out for delivery, amendments may not be possible.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. If you are dissatisfied due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect items sent, significant product quality issue), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with full details, including photographic evidence where appropriate.
